BetFilter LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Email address (used for subscriptions and account management).
Device & usage data: IP address, device type, OS version, app version, crash logs (for improving the Service).
Subscription data: Purchase history via Apple App Store (we do not see payment card details).
Optional features: If you enable bankroll tracking or watchlists, we store only the data you input (no bank account or payment info).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

Provide and improve the Service
Process subscriptions via Apple
Send occasional service updates (e.g., new features)
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Real-money wager amounts or bankroll details (unless you voluntarily enable tracking — still no payment info)
Personal betting history beyond what you mark in-app
Location data (except approximate IP-derived country for compliance)

4. Third Parties

xAI Grok API: We send anonymized odds JSON for analysis. No personal data is shared.
Apple App Store: Handles all payments and subscription management.
Supabase: Stores account email and your optional settings (encrypted at rest).

5. Data Retention

We keep your email and subscription data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@betfilter.app. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our Service is not directed at children under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you via email or in-app message for material changes.
