BetFilter

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetFilter mobile application and website ("Service") operated by BetFilter LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BetFilter is a research and information tool that analyzes publicly available betting odds and provides filtering and analysis based on algorithms and data. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Gambling or Advice

Important:

The Service does NOT facilitate gambling, place bets, or provide gambling, financial, or investment advice. No real-money transactions occur in the app. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. No outcome is ever guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow use by anyone under 21.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Prices are listed in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetFilter LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
